Hi! I know you probably get a lot of these! I gave up on
college ten years ago! I grew up with epilepsy, and always struggled
with math because I always missed what was going on. EEG results read
that I was having hundreds of pedimal seizures a day. After my early
college failures I have been afraid to go back until now. I have been
studying for my college entrance exam for two months now, and.thought
that I was ready for the test, but decided to watch a
"gazillion" (new math term) of your videos the night before. I must
say that I would not have made it into school if it weren't for
watching your videos. A lot of the questions they asked were things I
learned from your videos the night before! I wish I would have come
across it earlier! I think I learned in one night the same amount of
info it took me two months to learn from others. You are a GREAT
teacher! I just wanted you to know what a difference you made for me!
I am now officially back in school! THANK YOU!!!!!=)

Hi Robert,

I have dreaded taking my last math course because math has always been incredibly difficult for me. I was beginning to doubt that I would be able to pass my college algebra class, which I need to graduate. In the past I would leave my 2 hour math class frustrated and freaked out with nothing more than 2 pages of notes for one problem. That was until I found the yaymath website.

Your approach is refreshing and easy to understand.  I can easily grasp what your teaching and use it to complete my homework in a reasonable amount of time.  No more working for 3+ hours just to finish 40 problems.  Thank you for your website and teaching style.  The world needs more teachers like you! Warm regards,

Mr. Ahdoot, Good evening to you sir.

My name is ******. I am 18 years old and currently on my way to college to pursue my dreams. Three months ago I have been looking for a tutor so that I can prepare for the ACT.I just so happened to be looking on the web( YouTube, Myspace, Etc.) and ended up finding your mini tutorial link on YouTube. So I visited the site Yay Math and I never turned back from it. How can something so hidden be exactly what you need. Your the perfect at home tutor. Your tutorials are very helpful, including the in depth live classroom experience with intelligent students, the analytical questions they ask to help us (at home) better understand where your coming from, and the free tuition of your tutorial skills.

I know your super busy but I really want to thank and acknowledge you for trying to reach out to students/people to help better their scores and the fundamentals of math. I swear you are not wasting your time I will make you proud by scoring high on the test. Please don't give up on me and the other people watching and learning from one of the best knowledgeable young professors in the world.

I really do think my email to you is very important to let you know I really do appreciate what you're doing for my generation. So please Mr. Ahdoot, send me a reply back to let me know that you have acknowledged my appreciation. Thank you for making the future of learning more feasible.

Robert,

Through the summer I had an Algebra class then a Finite Math class-

You're video's were soooo helpful;

I wish I would of had a teacher like you in high school!

I always had the interest in math, just never the right person teaching it.

Thank you!

Ps, By the way, I received an "A-" in Algebra, and an "A" in Finite math!

Although my teachers here was good, you were better!

    YAY-MATH!

Robert,

I'm a HS math teacher in ****** County and I just found your videos on Youtube!
What can I say, but thank you!!
I look forward to incorporating some of these into my class lesson plans.

Hi!
I am 39 yrs. old and have decided to go back to school for nursing. I'm trying to refresh my math skills and I can't tell you how much I've been enjoying
your videos. They are so much fun, yet extremely helpful!!! You're students are very fortunate to have a teacher who makes learning so much fun.
Anyway, thanks so much for  sharing these videos, they have been GREAT!!!!!!

I attend an Intermediate Algebra class at a community college. My instructor lacks your enthusiasm. But, I like your videos, you have a gift for making math fun and not so hard. Maybe you could do a motivational video created for math professors and learn em' how to be "yay mathed" :)

you are absolutely amazing. i'm taking algebra 1 and we're doing this. and u are so much better than my teacher. we never get work done and he can't explain stuff. thank you so much for this video!!

my daughter has a teacher who sent us home with no direction into how to solve these types of problems. I am so grateful that you were here when we were at the end of our rope. Great job, she really understands. What a great teacher you are. Your students are very fortunate.

LOL OMG MR.BUBBLES! My math teacher told us about this video. He kept saying "Mr.Bubbles in going to teach us today" we never got to see it because our school blocks videos :(

Dear Mr. Ahdoot,

I just wanted to thank you for posting your math videos to the net.  I am 36 years old and have saved all my math for the last part of my degree (worse for last).  I often find I will get stuck on some simple part of an operation which leads to the inability to solve the equation.  The 2 videos that helps me the most were Simplifying Radicals 1 and 2.
Once again thank you for the instructive videos,

Hey Robert,

I just want to drop by and tell you how amazing your yaymath website is! I really learned alot from your videos, especially that I'm in Algebra II/Trig (honors) this year. Are you planning to add more videos? I hope so...

Thank you for your time.

Good afternoon,

I just wanted to thank you for your videos. I am an adult student with a major Algebra handicap (this is my 21/2 attempt at it) and a teacher who does not exactly teach. Your videos are helping me along with the final course I need in order to get my associates degree which I have been pursuing for over 4 years now (working  mom of 2 takes a while ;)

Anyway please keep up the great work! Wish all teachers were as good as you!

Mr. Robert Ahdoot:
Good job.  Nice stuff.
I found your material as I was looking for information to assist my son with his home work.
I learned some stuff that I never understood in high school.
One can not rewind and replay a class session, but one can do so with your instructional videos.

YAY MATH!

Thanks
